The Cohen family has been farming in Ellington for 99 years. I recently had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Sanford (Sandy) Cohen about the history of the Cohen family and farm. I was amazed at the details that Sandy could remember; names and dates came easily to him as he told his family’s story.
